15th-19th September 2014: PugliaSmartLab meets Paolo Roma

Roma is professor of Marketing since December 2011 at the University of Palermo. He received his PhD in Industrial Engineering (specialization in Management & Economics), in 2009, at the University of Palermo, as well as a M.Sc. in Engineering Management (2000-2005).
He had very long periods studying and researching at the University of California (2007-2008), University of Pittsburgh (2010) and Toulouse School of Economics (2011 ) in the areas of marketing, operations management and industrial organization. Roma has published 12 articles, 4 of which in international reviews (including Production & Operations Management, International Journal of Production Economics, Review of Marketing Science, Applied Economy); 5 of them published in conference proceedings and 3 in proceedings of national conferences. Matter of teaching for PSLab is “Technology foresight and change scenarios”.
